In accordance with Article 1 of the Land Registry Law, the registration of immovable property and the consolidation of property rights are mandatory. Accordingly, information on real estate is available in the unified computerized of the State land register (available at https://www.zemesgramata.lv/).

Information about real estates, their objects, parts of the land unit and their owners, legal possessors, users is available in the Real Estate State Cadastre Information System (available at https://www.kadastrs.lv/).

Information about the electronic auctions of real estate and movable property of public persons is available on the Electronic Auctions website https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/.  

Information about state real estate that is planned to be expropriated or leased is also available on the website of the state joint-stock company “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi” at www.vni.lv in the “Advertisements” section.

Information on state movable property unnecessary for state institutions is available on the website of the state joint-stock company “Valsts nekustamie ipsšumi” www.vni.lv.
