Rēzekne SEZ Authority

Since 2010, the administration of Rēzekne SEZ is performed by joint municipal institution “Rēzekne SEZ Authority”. The Authority was established by Rēzekne City Council and Rēzekne Municipality. An administration body, appointed and managed by the Chief Executive Officer, is the executive and representative body of Rēzekne SEZ Authority.

RSEZ pārvalde sniedz konsultācijas par komercdarbības uzsākšanu – komercsabiedrības reģistrāciju, nodokļiem, nodevām, izmaksām, RSEZ komercsabiedrības statusa iegūšanu un nodokļu atvieglojumu iegūšanas iespējām RSEZ.

Atbalsts investīciju projektu īstenošanā

RSEZ pārvalde sniedz konsultatīvu atbalstu – piemērota nekustamā īpašuma piemeklēšanā atbilstoši potenciālā investora vajadzībām; konsultācijas par ES un citām atbalsta programmām; atbalsts sadarbībā ar pašvaldībām un valsts iestādēm.

Tematisko pasākumu organizēšana

RSEZ pārvalde organizē seminārus, konferences, izbraukuma prezentācijas noteiktām mērķauditorijām, pielāgotas vizītes un RSEZ teritorijas apmeklējumus komercsabiedrībām, kas plāno veikt komercdarbību RSEZ teritorijā.

Rēzekne SEZ Authority provides information on the environment of commercial activity and its most essential aspects in Latvia and Rēzekne SEZ — description of economic situation, tax policy, legislation environment, and other aspects of business environment.

Consultations

Rēzekne SEZ Authority provides consultations on starting commercial activity — registration of commercial activity, taxes, duties, costs, obtaining status of Rēzekne SEZ enterprise, and possibilities of receiving tax incentives in Rēzekne SEZ.

Support in the implementation of investment projects

Rēzekne SEZ Authority provides consultative support in finding of appropriate immovable property according to the needs of investors; consultations on support programmes; assistance in cooperation with state and municipal institutions.

Organization of thematic events

The Rēzekne SEZ Authority hosts seminars, conferences, presentations for specific target audiences and visits to Rēzekne SEZ territory for entrepreneurs interested in performing commercial activity within the territory of Rēzekne SEZ.
