Three-day training cycle for project “TRANS-FORM” LLI-386 participants took place in Panevezys

On 25 to 27 June, a three-day training course on possibilities to redevelop brownfield took place in Panevezys (Lithuania) as part of the LLI-386 “Trans-Form” project. Specialists of Rēzekne SEZ administration, representatives of municipalities of Panevezys, Visaginas, Rēzekne, Krāslava and Daugavpils City Council participated in the training.
The Municipality of Panevezys, in cooperation with the leading partner of the project Euroregion "Land of Lakes", organised this training cycle, which discussed various approaches to public involvement in urban planning, deepened the knowledge of strategic urban planning, and provided information on a new tool for urban planning and public consultation - the simulation table game.

The total amount of funding allocated by the European regional development Fund is 442 296,58 euros.
