On 8 February 2019, the second Project management group meeting of the “TRANS-FORM” LLI-386 project was held. During the meeting the project partners discussed the results achieved within the first reporting period of the project.

The project partners shared their experience on the first period of the Project and set the main goals and tasks that are relevant to the second period of the project. During the meeting, the project partners also discussed activities to be implemented in the next six months, for which more information will be available before the start.

The project aims at revitalising municipality-owned brownfields by transforming them into sustainable and attractive areas.

The total amount of funding allocated by the European regional development Fund is 442 296,58 euros. In turn, the total cost of the project is 520 348, 94 euros. The amount of funding under the project for the Rezekne municipality is 44 704,00 euros, of which equity financing of the European regional development Fund 37 998,40, and equity financing of the state budget in the Rezekne SEZ is, respectively, 3 788,02 and 6705,60 euros.
