Rēzekne City Council has announced an auction for lease right for production facility in the territory of Rēzekne SEZ on Viļakas Street 1, Rēzekne. Production premises with total area 6784 square metres, as well as access roads and parking lots related to buildings will be available for lease.
Project for construction of production facility on Viļakas Street 1, Rēzekne is implemented with an aim to promote development of industrial territories, create new work places and attract investment. Construction works had been started in August, 2017 and were continued during the winter. Currently last construction works of the production facility are taking place on Viļakas Street 1, Rēzekne and construction documentation is being prepared for launching exploitation of the building.
The total territory available for rent is 10 562.5 square metres. It including newly erected production building with production block – 4981 square metres, administrative building, auxiliary premises and technical premises – 1803 square metres, access roads and parking lots related to the building – 3778,5 square metres. Lease term 30 years, conditional lease fee – 6800 euros per month excluding value added tax.
In the period of 3 years from conclusion of lease agreement lessee has an obligation:
- invest 3 500 000 euros in non-financial investments in nonmaterial investments and fixed assets (actual value);
- create 95 new jobs.
Rēzekne City Council is implementing construction of production facility with the assistance of EU structural funds, in scope of the project “Creation of business promotion infrastructure for promotion of redevelopment of production territories in the Northern part of Rēzekne City in the territory of Rēzekne Special Economic Zone” No. 6.2.0/17/1/002.
